Come and learn all about the world of houseplants and how to keep them happy.
This workshop includes refreshments, an interactive and informative talk with demonstrations, and a practical activity propagating plants to take home.
The focus of this workshop is to provide an insight into the different types of plants available and how to look after them. All aspects of houseplant care will be covered including the different types of houseplants available, watering, light, temperature, humidity, feeding, pots, repotting, soil types, propagation and air purifying plants.
All levels of knowledge on houseplants are welcome. Not only will you walk away with your very own propagated plant, you will also have the information to feel confident about choosing the right plants and how to keep them thriving in your home.

We encourage you to prepare questions and bring photos that you may have about your existing houseplant collection.
Workshops will be held after hours at Pilea Plant Shop, 16 Catherine Hill, Frome. Our classes will be kept to a maximum of 8. Each workshop will be approximately two and a half hours long.
