Our store is open Monday to Saturday 10-4. Outside of these hours please shop with us here for nationwide UK delivery, local delivery in Frome, or local pick up from our Frome store.



We dispatch orders Monday - Thursday. Once dispatched, all parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 1-2 Day Delivery. Any orders placed between midday Thursday and midnight Sunday will be sent the following week. This is to reduce the likelihood of your plants sitting in the post office depot over the weekend and to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. Please send us any delivery information that will help the order arrive quickly and safely to you.

If you are in a rush please just let us know.

Your UK delivery cost will be calculated by weight at checkout. Orders up to 2kg are charged at £7.50. Orders between 2kg and 5kg are charged at £10.50. All orders are sent tracked so please provide contact details at checkout to keep you updated.

We do not currently offer delivery to any countries other than the UK.


Pilea offers the option of free local pick up at checkout where customers can collect orders from our Frome store Monday-Saturday 10-4. You will receive a 'ready for pick up' email once your order is ready to collect. We can usually have your order ready within 1-24 hours. Orders must be collected within 7 days of purchasing.


Pilea offers the option of local delivery within a 1.5 mile radius of our shop in Frome. There is a minimum order value of £5. All orders will be delivered for £2.95. Please enter your Frome address at checkout to enable our website to give you the option of local delivery.

Please send us any information that will help us to find your address easily. If you need the delivery to take place on a particular date please get in touch before placing your order.
If you are interested in delivery but are further than our local delivery radius please simply send us an email and we can quote you.


We cannot accept returns of live plants.

We do accept online returns of all other products within 7 days, as long as they are in exactly the same condition as when they left our shop. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns and recommend you retain a proof of posting for your parcel. Once returns have been accepted you will receive email confirmation and your payment will be refunded to you within 7 days.

If your plant arrives damaged we will compensate you a suitable percentage refund. We cannot accept damage claims without photographic evidence of arrival condition.

If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


If your parcel arrives damaged please photograph BEFORE and after opening. We cannot accept postal claims without photographic evidence of arrival condition.


We do our best to portray a true and accurate photograph and description of what your plant will be like. However, all plants vary and are individual. If you are looking for something in particular please send us an email and we can take a photo of your particular specimen.


All workshops have been rescheduled until further notice. Once it is safe to hold workshops again we will email all bookings new dates to choose from.
If you need to cancel your workshop place please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the workshop you're booked into in order to rebook onto a later date. We cannot rebook for a later date without 48 hours notice. The cost of our workshops are per person. This includes all the materials you need, instructions to take home, a glass of fizz upon arrival and full tuition. If you wish to bring your own drinks and snacks you are more than welcome to. If you can't make any of the workshop dates, or the date you planned is already full, simply email us and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
